EPC’s model USL-1 is a safelight system suitable for color photographic dodging printers.

• The spectral emission of the solid-state light is in the least sensitive wavelength of most color printing materials.
• The USL’s six-position selector switch, in conjunction with the printer dimmer allows an adjustment range over 1000:1.

The USL-1 consists of two light bars, a control module and connecting cables. The light bar is attached within EPC’s printer with magnetic tape or Velcro. Power requirement is 6 watts at 120V, 50/60 HZ.

The USL series is designed for use with color print materials, not for panchromatic aerial film.
